I am very much satisfied with the work Mendez Construction has completed for me and the new projects that are currently underway on my home. I’ve seen some of Jaime’s work that he’s done for big business accounts which look awesome. He applies that same sharp work on my small home, a regular old retired homeowner. His work ethic is the same no matter who you are. Jaime always answers my calls and is attentive to my requests. He has a communicating quality that is supportive and reassuring, offering advice and options that are practical and aesthetically within the project theme. I appreciate a person who creates a scheduled plan and follows through, that’s very big with me. His working crew are very meticulous craftsmen ensuring the job is carried out flawlessly from beginning to end. The project location is always left clean after every workday, up to completion. It’s obvious Menedez Construction takes great pride in their commitment to excellence. Jaime Mendez and his team were a pleasure to work with! Amazing work at a fair rate. Extremely professional and responsive. We did a small addition to the house over the garage, and created the master suite of our dreams, in addition to a home office. I would highly recommend Mendez Construction because they were prompt and they installed beautiful railings for my front porch. I don’t usually write reviews, if I could give them a ten star I would. I hired Mendez Construction to pour a slab for a 12 ' by 20' permitted workshop. I'm very happy with the results. From the grading to the forming to the pouring to the finishing, Jaime and his crew did a great job with attention to detail. Jaime the owner, was out often, supervising the work site as well as working a shovel when needed. I was very impressed. The slab passed inspection without any issues.
